The two-channel version leak tester CETATEST 815 TWIN enables the simultaneous leak testing of two test parts. Here, the leakage-related pressure decay is measured using the differential pressure method.

Das CETATEST 815 HD DA (Hochdruck Druckanstieg) eignet sich für die Hochdruck-Dichtheitsprüfung von einseitig befüllbaren Produkten.
Hierbei wird das Druckanstiegsverfahren eingesetzt. Dabei wird der Bereich, in dem die Leckage gemessen werden soll, von einer Messkammer (Sekundärkreis) umschlossen. Der leckagebedingte Druckanstieg von der Hochdruckseite (Primarkreis) in den Sekundarkreis wird nach der Differenzdruckmethode gemessen.
The CETATEST 815 HP PR in the variant high pressure can be used for leak tests (e.g. injection valves) up to a test pressure of 400 bar using the test mode pressure rise. Hereby the primary circuit is pressurised with the test pressure (up to 400 bar). The leakage test is performed in the secondary circuit. The CETATEST 815 HP PR can be delivered as 1-channel or 2-channel test device. Parameter can be exported resp. imported using an USB storage device. Measurement series and measurement curves can be stored.

The dual-channel leak differential pressure tester CETATEST 815 TWIN allows simultaneous leak testing of two test pieces within the cycle time of the manufacturing process.
The differential pressure method compares the pressure in the test part volumes with the pressures in the reference volumes.
The CETATEST 815 TWIN is designed for synchronous two-channel operation and is suitable for applications in which test parts can be tested with the same settings. The channel-specific adjustments of the leak thresholds are possible.
Parameters can be exported to an USB stick or imported again. It is also possible to save measurement series and measurement curves
