Reproducible fixtures through grid holes and base rails

The SPANNFIX ECO is the simpler, more economical alternative to the PRO version with fewer and simplified modules on a baseplate with tapped holes in a standard 50 mm grid. The base rails enable any X/Y position can be easily achieved. Because there are no lateral or angular scales as by the PRO version, repeat constructions of exactly the same fixture are more difficult, but are still possible. The wider range of additional elements included in the PRO system can also be used directly, or with adapters together with the SPANNFIX ECO elements shown here. Overall, a much better and quicker solution for the safe and repeatable fixation of test pieces than specially designed and manufactured single-use fixtures. Here, too, we have such an extensive range of basic, structural, support and clamping elements that, together with the other dk programs, they make up such a complete world of fixation elements that the user only requires additional, customer-specific fabrications for absolutely special parts or very specific processes.
