Our MICROFIX range consists of three individual products to offer a suitable solution for every one of your workpieces.

Our micro fixture “Prisma” and our micro tailstocks are ideal for holding rotationally symmetrical test pieces. Test pieces with a diameter of 0.5 to 6 mm or, using accessories up to 10 mm can be held in the Prisma Mini clamping system. By using interchangeable plates (398035) the maximum clamping range can be increased from 5 to 10 mm. In addition, the securing force can be optimally adjusted thanks to several micro-springs. With the mini tailstock, the specimens are held by female centres with measuring slots so that the specimens can be measured over their entire length. With the tailstock centre accessories, smallest parts can be repeatedly fixated with a constant holding force. This enables the clamping range of the precise mini tailstock to be infinitely increased up to 25 mm.

With our micro-clamping solution for cubic parts, the constant clamping force is generated by the inclined plane and can be altered by adding steel balls. To ensure that your test pieces are securely held even with low clamping forces, the fixed jaw can be individually altered using adjustable stops. In addition, the fixture is also equipped with a pendulum jaw.

Our mini-fixation systems are often used for surgical equipment. Here, there is a particularly high demand for precise and high-quality products, e.g. for minimally invasive surgical instruments.
