• Steel Gauge blocks are made of Alloy steel, hardened and sub-zero treated for absolute dimensional stability housed in rigid cast Iron frame
• Coefficient of thermal expansion 11.5 x10¯6
• Measuring faces at every 10mm step with controlled deviation from nominal length
• Resting pads at AIRY points in horizontal orientation
• Rectangular steel pads provided close to measuring face for easy referencing
• Handles are provided for easy lifting

• Used for Checking the accuracy of table movements of Machine Tools and to calibrate CMMs axis
• Step Gauge for Checking the Accuracy of Co-ordinate Measuring Machines

• Swivel Support Stand is an optional accessory which allows the Check Master to be positioned on CMM in any direction
• Available in 0-400mm,0-600mm,0-1000mm step range.
